PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

CHRISTINA SEMOVA

A lawyer, member of Burgas Bar Association.

She graduated from the St.Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia, Faculty of law in 1978 with honours as a holder of Master of law (ML).

Has worked as a lawyer in the city of Bourgas for 30 years. She has an excellent command of English and good of Russian.

Has specialized for a short time in the UK at law office- Hardwick Building - Lincoln Inn - London. Has taken part in a number of national and international law seminars, regarding:

• topical problems in civil procedure;
• transformation of trading corporations (partnerships);
• national and international aspects of business law and practice, held by American Bar Association, a legal initiative for Central Europe and Eurasia (ABA CEELI).

She is an expert in the fields of civil law - law of estate, obligation law, family law, heritage law, company law and business law.
